AUTISM FUNNIES

CREATORS OF AUTISM FUNNIES

DR. ESSIE TRENT

Essie Trent is a devoted mother, advocate, and storyteller whose life embodies resilience, humor, and unwavering love. As the mother of twin boys born at just 24.5 weeks and later diagnosed with Autism, Essie has navigated the complexities of raising two exceptional young men while discovering unexpected joy along the way.

Her voice blends warmth, wit, and honesty. She brings a “real-mom perspective” that is equal parts tender, transparent, and laugh-out-loud funny. Through her stories, Essie gives the world a fresh, positive, and deeply human look at Autism — one rooted not in limitation, but in possibility.

Essie’s gift is simple and profound:
She helps people see the humor and the beauty in the unexpected.

Quiet, Observant, Sharp, and Unexpectedly Hilarious.

Though he communicates differently, Korey’s intelligence and insight are undeniable. His humor is subtle, literal, and brilliantly timed. He loves movies, cartoons, Doritos, and Alabama.
